Do you ship internationally? TOP

Yes, we ship internationally.  Please contact us directly and we will calculate the shipping accordingly.  Once the shipping is agreed, we will create a button for you on the webpage to make your purchase.  All orders will be process when payments are recieved.

Can you custom make clippies if I don't see something I like on your website? TOP

Yes, we can custom make hair clips to match your outfit and clothes.  Just send us a picture of the outfit.  Once designs begin, there will be no refunds or exchanges as these clippies were custom made for you individually.  There is no additional charge for custom made clippies except for the materials.

How long will it take to for my clippies to arrive once I place an order? TOP
Please allow 2-3 business days to make the clippies depending on the order and 3-5 business days to ship.  We are closed on the weekends.  We will accept orders on the weekends, but it will not be processed until the next business day.  All clippies are custom-crafted and therefore need some time to make.  Moreover, I am a fulltime working Mom so I won't be able to make the clippies until the evening which therefore takes some time.

What is your return policy? TOP

We accept returns for damaged items purchased within 7 days of receipt of shipment. However, items will only be accepted in their original and unused condition. Then you can make an even exchange for the same item you ordered.  All sales are final on all merchandise.  A copy of the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied the web order must be included with  the exchanges. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Are your clippies safe for my baby? TOP

Yes.  We hot glue all our appliques and hot seal all grosgrain ribbons so they don't frey.  However, some clippies can pose a choking risk to children under 3.  Therefore, we highly recommend supervision while wearing our clippies for children under 3 years of age.  EBHC cannot be held responsible. 

What is your privacy policy? TOP

EBHC will NOT share any private information, emails, etc with anyone.  All information will be kept in our files and will not be distributed for commercial use.
